Our Mission
The Anderson Township Historical Society and Urban Farm is a non-profit organization serving the residents of Anderson Township, Mt Washington and Newtown, Ohio. It is dedicated to preserving the history of our area, encouraging our youth to embrace history, bringing the past to life and providing our community with experiences and places to gather, learn and grow.
Our History
This land is owned by the Anderson Township Historical Society.
Over the past five years a group of dedicated volunteers has come together to revitalize the land and property with the vision of creating a space that celebrates the Clough Valley and Anderson Township’s agricultural history for all who are fortunate enough to stop for a visit.
Special Thanks
The David Vogel Landscape Company, R.W. Aufderheide & Son, H. Hafner & Sons Inc., Mason Grounds Management, Motz Turf Farms, Anderson Township Family Pet Center, and especially the Anderson Township Historical Society. Also, thanks for the tireless efforts of all of our volunteers!
